The Peggy’s Cove Area Festival of The Arts will take place from July 1 to July 10 when events will be held from Peggy’s Cove to Upper Tantallon. Peggy’s Cove has probably inspired more Print company in postcard printing printing services postcard printing more than any other site in the entire Print company in Dartmouth printing services Dartmouth, NS area.

The Peggy’s Cove area is home to many artists; this festival will bring them to the attention of the general public. The public will be able to meet the artists, watch them create and purchase their artworks.

The festival will present several special events. On July 1st, in addition to celebrating Canada Day, it will be Children’s Day at Bay Hammocks. Children will be asked to create paintings which will later be put on display. July 1 to July 3 will highlight Artscapes; works will be displayed and available for purchase. From July 2 to 3 everyone is invited to head to Peggy’s Cove to paint the lighthouse. Artisans in the Ice Cream Deck at the Finer Diner will present art demonstrations from July 2 to July 10. On July 8 there will be a concert by Juno award winning Meaghan Smith. The last 2 days of the festival will offer tours of various artists studios.
