Annual show to get visitors dreaming of summer

February 1, 2017 by

The 34th annual London Boat, Fishing and Outdoor Show is taking place this month for three days.

There will be hundreds of boats on display at the show and available for purchase. Vendors will also be selling fishing accessories and a variety of merchandise related to outdoor recreation. Local fishing clubs and other outdoor organizations will also be there to provide information about their programs and services.

The Power and Outdoor Zone is set to feature motorcycles, RVs, snowmobiles and ATVs. In addition, the Great Outdoors Resource Centre will have information about regulations and guidelines for the likes of the boating exam and marine border crossings.

The ambassador for the show will be Ashley Rae. Angling Sports will be presenting plenty of free fishing seminars on River Steelhead Tactics with David Harris, Thames River Fishing Diversity from Jason Barnucz and Bass Talks from Cole Baily.

Other activities will include silent auction, a dragon boat display and a remote control boat pond.

No doubt the vendors who plan to participate in this popular London show will be investing in signage and banners from local print companies.

The London Boat, Fishing and Outdoor Show will be held at the Metroland Media Agriplex from February 24 to 26. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and children between the ages of 13 and 17. To learn more, call 519-438-7203.
