Ancaster Business Showcase

The 1st annual Ancaster Business Showcase will take place on October 23 from 12 until 4pm. This free event is presented by the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and will take place at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. Those businesses that plan to attend will be arranging for such things as brochure, businesses card and
flyer printing so that they can promote their business or service well to the general public.
The showcase is only open to those businesses that are located in Ancaster; those wishing to take part must register in advance with the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. Costs to exhibitors are $50 for members of the Chamber and $100 for non-members. A $25 non-returnable deposit is required.
The aim of the Ancaster Business Showcase is to promote local businesses and to allow businesses to network with one another easily. Copies of all business cards will be available to all exhibitors as well as the networking opportunities.
For those attending the showcase there will be a chance to win a door prize donated by one of the exhibitors. Attendees will also be able to network with the businesses in attendance; those could be job seekers or those who run businesses in neighbouring areas of Ancaster; you never know where or when you will be able to promote your business or yourself. There will also be a Kid’s Corner for those who bring their children along. While the event is free a $2 donation to Ancaster Community Services is suggested.
Firms in Hamilton will understand the importance of events like this, as they complement online and offline marketing techniques, such as brochure printing.
